" I have been training once a week with David for 4 years now. I did not see much of a need for a trainer when I first started given that I was in my prime at 29 years of age and also because I thought I knew it all after regularly training on my own for over 20 years. I noticed David training others in the gym with an incredible amount of intensity and was interested in his non traditional methods which I basically knew very little about. I found myself stuck in a regular routine which I used over the years that got myself into very good shape but basically found that my body had plateaued. I am now 33 years old and am in better shape than I have ever been in. I have learned so much over the years from David's exercise routines which we do on a 1-on-1 basis weekly but which I also apply to my workouts that I do on my own. David has taught me the importance of intensity during workouts, switching up routines constantly, diet, stretching, and the list goes on. I am much more limber, much stronger, much leaner than I have ever been in my entire life and I can honestly say that I owe it to David. If you want someone that takes his jop VERY seriously who comes with an A game every single time(believe me I know b/c by my calculation I have trained with him over 150 times over the years) than David is your man. Best money that I have ever spent and I intend on staying with David as long as I live in the LA area
