Individual Training

Based on your goals and physical history, and after a careful Functional Movement Screening done in your first workout,
David Brainin will design a program that takes you to the next level in reasonable progressions.  The great variety of exercises will be sequenced to address muscular imbalances, postural situations, injury recovery and flexibility issues giving you  a fun personally tailored one hour workout.
The rates are based on the amount of sessions in your training package and based on the rates of Crunch Fitness Personal Training Department.
